How to retrieve a lost item?

Sorry to hear you lost something on your outing!

Give our team a call at 510.283.3813 during regular business hours (8am-6pm, M-F) or reach out using the chat box on the bottom right-hand side of the page. Be prepared to share your name, details on the date and time of your outing, and a description of the lost item(s).

For items missing more than 24 hours, please also feel free to come by our downtown headquarters location to see if your items were recovered.

As outlined in our waiver form, Shenandoah River Outings staff are not responsible for lost items.
