How do I change the starting time of an existing booking (on the same day)?

You can change the starting time of any reserved outing up to 48 hours in advance. You incur no charge for these changes, though they are subject to availability.

We are unable to accommodate changes to starting time less than 48 hours before a scheduled outing.

When requesting a change, we recommend you provide the name and reservation number associated with the booking to ensure the change goes through successfully.

To change the time of an existing booking:

1. Login using the icon at the top of each page, if are not already logged in.
2. Click on Bookings.
   A list of your existing bookings will appear.
3. Select the booking to change.
   The Edit Booking page appears.
4. Change the relevant information.
   If a charge is incurred, it is listed now for confirmation.
5. If you haven't already, enter your reservation number so we can fully match the updated start time with your booking.
6. Click Save to confirm the changes.
