How do I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking at no charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled outing.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50 percent of the total booking fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged for the full booking fee.

Please note: if your outing is cancelled by Shenandoah River Outings due to inclement weather or another reason beyond our control, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and will have the option to reschedule at no charge or receive a cash refund.
